Have you ever wondered what goes on during an introductory archery lesson?  Have you seen all this stuff about foot placement, and drawing but not quite understood what it means? Ontario Archery Association coach Wolfmaan puts it all together in an informative video which demonstrates all the basic skills needed to use a bow and arrow.

  • Foot Placement and Stance
  • Placement of the arrow on the string or nocking
  • Hand, arm and shoulder position
    Correct muscles used to draw(pull) the bow string
  • Anchor Point or Facial Reference
  • Full Draw position and aiming
  • Releasing
  • Follow Through
  • Relaxing after the shot
